RMB Stripouts LTD provides strip-out and site clearance services. We oppose slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in our own work and in the supply chains connected with it. This policy sets out the standards we expect and how concerns can be raised.
Our standards
No person working for or with us should be forced to work, have identity documents withheld, be threatened for leaving work, or be subjected to exploitation. We expect subcontractors, suppliers and other business partners to respect these standards.
Recognising and reporting concerns
People working with us should raise any concern about possible exploitation as soon as they can. Warning signs may include coercion, restriction of movement, fear of speaking freely, or another person controlling a worker’s documents. A concern can relate to our work or to any supplier or subcontractor.
We will consider concerns promptly and sensitively, take proportionate action, and involve the relevant authorities where appropriate. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith. In an immediate emergency, call 999.
Responsibility and review
The directors are responsible for this policy. We will review it when our operations or the risks in our supply chain change.
